I’m Livin’ It is for the church. We come alongside the church and church leaders to be a resource equipping the people to do the work of the ministry and mission (Ephesians 4:12).

I’m Livin’ It is for the everyday disciple, the ones sitting in the chairs and pews every Sunday. There are a myriad of resources, training, coaching opportunities, and conferences for pastors, church leaders, Sunday School teachers, youth pastors. All this is wonderful and so needed, and we must continue to provide and champion these resources for church leaders. These are good and necessary, but in 25+ years of ministry one obstacle, struggle, question pastors and church leaders usually ask when coming away from a training or a conference is, “How can I get our people to embrace this? How can I get this training to them?” This is where I’m Livin’ It Coaching can help the pastor and church leader, by providing in-person, affordable, and tangible evangelism and discipleship training and coaching for the everyday disciples sitting in the pews.

If churches are going to reach neighborhoods, schools, the workplace with the gospel of Jesus, we must turn the everyday disciple into an everyday missionary. This is why I’m Livin’ it exists. This is who I’m Livin’ is for –  the everyday disciple, the ones sitting in the chairs and pews every Sunday.
