Instead of the evangelism and making of disciples falling solely on the shoulders of the pastor or church leaders, or the church needing to hire someone to reach their community, I’m Livin’ It coaches and trains those in the church to make disciples and outreach the community as they begin to embrace and live out their missionary identity.

I’m Livin’ It coaches the church to be missionaries where they live, without the expense that comes from hiring another full-time or part-time staff person.  What a church might give in monthly support for one missionary, I’m Livin’ It will coach 6-10 or more people (called an Missionary Training Community, or MTC for short) from the church to be local missionaries for the church. 

I’m Livin’ It Coaching comes alongside each church’s MTC(s) coaching and training them, turning them from everyday disciples into everyday missionaries. Each MTC begins living like missionaries in the community where they live and where the church serves and seeks to reach with the gospel. The fruit from these everyday missionaries begins to pour into the church. Gospel transformation begins to take over as these everyday disciples from the church turn into everyday missionaries! I’m Livin’ It is a tool, a resource to help pastors and churches equip their people to do the work of the ministry and live the mission of Jesus making disciples right where they live, work, and play.
